25 years after the birth of SMS, Google will soon be launching “Google RCS A2P business messaging”, a new mobile messaging channel. Google RCS will allow Android users to easily share content such as videos, GIFs, location, QRcodes, E-coupon… and to organize group conversations, without needing an instant messaging application.
Through this new channel, companies will be able to offer a deeper customer experience to all Android users, with these new and engaging functionalities.
